If there is no balance on your account, in the app please go to Account -> Settings -> Close account or in the web version go to Settings at the bottom left corner of the screen -> Personal details -> Close account.
If there is a balance on your account, please send an email to support@capital.com from the email address linked to your account. State your intent to deactivate your account and include a reason, if possible.
