The demo accounts can be used as long as you wish when there is a trading activity in them. If you do not trade in such accounts within 2 weeks, they will be closed automatically even if there are open trades.
Please note that we do not offer a demo version for spread betting and real stocks accounts, you can only practice trading CFD (contracts for difference) with it.
